Edits are saved automatically in this browser and synced directly to this Cloudflare Pages site using Cloudflare D1 storage — no Firebase or external sync service is required. Share the normal Netlify website link with the team. Everyone opening that same link on Safari, Chrome, iPad, Mac, or Windows will use the same stored project data. Use “Send view-only copy” when you want to share a locked snapshot.
Use Manage lists to add, rename, remove or reorder team members, stages, Pending categories, scope values and task statuses. Each stage keeps its own separate task list. Click or double-tap a project card to open the full project page with details, tasks, stage and an automatic Gantt timeline. Drag the ⋮⋮ handle on a card to move it to another position.
